Santa baby..ho, ho, ho!

Thanksgiving 2005

We celebrated Thanksgiving in Geneseo this year. Chris, Erika, Kia, and Josh were there and Nana and Grandpa of course. Sadly Ben was unable to attend because he is still serving in the military in Germany. We missed him. Nana, Beth, and Erika all cooked Thanksgiving dinner together...boy was it good! We also did a little shopping, took the kids to the John Deere museum to play on the tractors, and the guys had fun taking turns riding Grandpa's Harley-Davidson motorcycle! We had Christmas early since we won't be together in December. It was so great to be together. We miss everyone!

Jingle Jog

The Smith's participated in Silverlake's Jingle Jog this morning. Beth and Kyle did the 1 mile fun run/walk. Charles ran the 10 mile as part of his training for the upcoming Houston Marathon!

Baptism

Kyle Benjamin was baptized at St.Malachy's Catholic Church in Geneseo, IL. Godparents are Erika Baughman and Benjamin Baughman. Ben is in Germany and was unable to attend, so Chris stood in. Kyle is wearing the gown that was made by Nana for Ben. Ironically, this was also Ben's birthday.
